ACTIVITY UPDATE

As 2016 comes to a close, project activity and interest in Southwest Johnson County is not slowing down. There are several announcements on the very near horizon. Most notably, one you may have gotten wind of, “Project Butler” is a new concept in the market the company is not quite ready to introduce. The leases have been signed and a significant retrofit of the former Kimberly-Clark building is underway. Stay tuned for official details, which we anticipate announcing after the first of year.
