Overview
Southwest Johnson EDC is a collaboration among the City of Gardner, Kansas, and the New Century Air Center. Johnson County is the fastest growing county in Kansas. From 2005 to 2025, the population is expected to grow 40% to over 700,000 people. Through a single point of contact, the EDC connects businesses with land and opportunity in Southwest Johnson County.
Southwest Johnson County is the ideal location for both industrial and warehouse and distribution facilities. It is also ideal for the ancillary services, like retail and restaurants that support those businesses. SWJOCO EDC packages, markets, and sells the region locally, regionally, nationally, and beyond.
